Nothing

Room was dirty from the beginning. Shower drain was clogged with hair and water would take a while to drain out. There were cockroaches in the room as well. The property forced me to leave after 5 days even though I had paid for 6 days all because they can not to basic maths. These people are horrible, do not stay there.

Absolutely nothing… the staff was very rude and disrespectful and disturbed us. No information is given on the website which he told us late.

Room damp. No service. No help. No lift. No helping people to carry luggage to 4th floor. Not recommeded for anyone

The bed was big and super comfortable, probably the best part of the property. The washroom was clean and decent. The receptionist is a nice guy though.

I booked a Superior Double Room and I got nothing as advertised. There was no balcony in the room and no (2) futon beds. The pictures of the Superior Double Room uploaded here compared to the one I was allotted seems that the pictures here are absolutely misleading and a sheer lie. The lighting in the rooms is bare minimum. Just two warm lights and that's it. The maximum lighting in the room is not enough to merely read a book. The AC kept making constant loud sounds and it got tough to sleep through it. The regulator on the fan was not working properly. The fan would either be at full speed or 2, nothing in between. The room description says that there's soundproofing, but I guess that doesn't work. We were talking in a normal tone in the room while we were knocked and told to keep it down. You'll have a hard time finding a space to park but then that's not an issue with the property but the area, as the locality is boujee and super busy. The room felt old and dingy with the lack of lighting and the quality of the furniture. (the bed was nice though). The terrace is okayish. You enter the terrace and there's a load of stuff just lying there, spoiling the terrace entrance a little. For the price I paid, it was massively underwhelming and lacked the very basics of a room and a property.
