The location. Room size was good. Staff was cooperative.
Bathroom. They need to fix their toilet bidet and shower cabin glass. Also they need to change shower pipe for more pressure in room no 4. Also the glass upon the sink was broken so we were not able to use toiletries.

The location was fairly well placed, having good access to public transport. Amenities were also decent for the price I paid: some coffee and tea, as well as some shampoo and shower gel samples. (* the photo attached was from my balcony, the other side had street views)
Could do with a little more cleanliness. I found the duvet a little spotted and with hairs on it. The floor also had some hairs here and there.

The bed was strangley uncomfortable, in particular it sloped sideways, so the bedclotes slipped off and I had to brace myself
AND
the shower toilet was very cramped

Small compact room. No neighbors to disturb me.
There is no signal in the room, the wifi didn't work either.
The house is under renovation so the window couldn't be opened.
The bed is terrible. The room is clean, but it's run down.
