The room was disgusting, very unclean , other persons hair all over our carpet looked like it wasn't hovered at all!

The first receptionist was polite And location was good

Heating was on full blast we couldn’t get the heater turned off we did ask, it was hot to touch and left us all really hot so had to open windows fully, old chips found on the floor, bedding wasn’t clean, very run down room, no glasses & wow the breakfast included! So we got given a piece of paper with 2 options. The options were a strip of Nutella or a jam, a piece of toast, bread, or a bun, the options was 1 with hot chocolate or a tea or coffee? It was diabolical, we then were told by someone else, this is action film camera, it’s prob all gone off (staff member) don’t eat it, food is always out of date, and that why would we ever stay there it’s disgusting place not worth the money,

The rooms were nothing like the pictures. I booked this hotel because of the price but I didn't expect to be in a room that had stained bed frames, dirty tray where the tea and coffee was, towels smelling like tobacco, very poor lighting one of which was broken and didn't turn on at all.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, nice and simple breakfast
