El desayuno estuvo muy bien me gustó lo ordenado del lugar y los alimentos de buena calidad.

Mostly everything. The breakfast was exceptional. Room was super clean and comfortable.

The fee for pets was not really disclosed properly and I paid double what they originally quoted me.

it was comfortable and clean. located in a nice part of the city.

unlike most staybridge locations this one feels cramped. room layout was awkward, pool is tiny, parking was also awkward to access. it just doesn’t feel like a staybridge.

I have stayed in the hotel for 6 months and what made my stay exceptionary was the personnel, who was always super friendly and responsive. The rooms made me feel at home and the bed is super comfortable!

Breakfast is decent, but it could include more bread selection and better cheese. The cleaning service was sloppy sometimes with cleaning the floor.

I love the staff in Staybridge, they are super welcoming and warm-hearted.

The gym could use some more equipment.

Very very BADLY surprised of the Customer Service and Orientation. No amenity items for the pet like any other hotel that accepts pets, the charge epr night for the pet is extremely overpriced for receiving nothing. Expecting at least a similar treatment and courtesy for us as guests and my pet after coming from staying at the Staybride Suites Satillo, Coauhila for 4 days. Expectations were not met in reality with the way of personal treatment and courtesy, very un-polite specially the Lady Manager at Property, excuses for everything, system very old therefore if extending stay (which means more business for them) had to come down to lobby and pay the entire billl for being able to edxtend the stay just because it was through Expedia and not with them directly. Housekeeping personnel inspected the room when checking out as if the room was destroyed by my pet and ourselves. I must remark that my pet is a small well trained Pomeranian pet weighing less than 2Kg., 30 cm tall and 18 months old. No courtesy or customer loyalty benefits/treatment of nothing, not even water after check in. Worst of all NO STATUS or STAYS RECORD recognition despite being an IHG Platinum Ambassador Member. Just becasue of this considering very very seriously to CANCEL my membership with IHG and the IHG Master Card Credit Card due to this BAD BAD BAD Experience.
