Food is not in authentic taste

The new renovation is good and has all the activities for family and adults group. The property is good

The food has to be improved and the breakfast spread also need improvement. The staff is good but very new and untrained. Most definitely needs a big upgrade from here to match the other standards of the brand.

Would request the management to include one more meals (dinner) along with complimentary breakfast as a package.

Some activities can be organised near the beach like volleyball or hand ball

I think the property is well placed and adequately spaced. It has ample space and resources. It is pleasantly presented. The property staff are well mannered and carry themselves well. They are courteous and polite. The rooms we stayed in are spacious with a well thought through concept of adjourning living space and bathroom separated by sliding doors giving the appearance of an open large accommodation. The access to facilities including the Spa and gym is good.

Whilst I have stayed in several properties world wide and booked multiple rooms at a given time I have never faced a situation where 2 out of the 3 rooms had significant maintenance issues with the showers flooding with soiled water flooding into the rooms. This reflects poor maintenance of the resource. I’m told this is a newly refurbished resort and I gained it hard to believe there are such problems. I’m also disappointed with the response from the leadership team both in the lobby and maintenance departments when I reported this. Whilst appropriate apologies were offered I felt that they dismissed the concern I had, bearing in mind this is soiled water overflowing and entering the bathroom and the adjourning living space. This falls short of the standard one would expect from the likes of the Intercontinental Group worldwide.
