Good location

WiFi is terrible, paid extra for balcony but not worth paying extra for as looks over nothing.

Great Location, close to the sea, & other interesting places. Helpful staff, ALL 3, Annie, Dexter & Febin were great, giving help on how to find places of interest, be it Jew Town, The Synagogue, or even Lullu Mall. Very helpful.

Nice and cosy hotel at a beautiful locality next to the beach..beach is 1 min walk from the hotel..friendly behaviour of owners made it even more comfortable stay for us..

They were not accepting Credit card eventhough there was POS machine. Room was too small Not worth for Rs. 3000/day

The standard room was nice. Next they shifted us to a deluxe room at a higher price which we were willing to pay because the first experience was good. It went downhill from the next day.

The room was unclean. The sheets were stained. They hadn't changed the duvet cover. There are dirty footprints on the wall. No toilet paper in the bathroom. No water in the bottles. No kettle. We came back at 9.00 pm and found the room in this state. We called the desk reception. The man came in and first said he can't see the stains. Only discoloration. So we took photographic evidence. Then he sent two male staff from the kitchen to change the sheets. They came and dropped the clean sheets on the ground. When we pointed this out, the men sheepishly told us, ma'am, we're kitchen staff we dont know how to do this. So we landed up having to change our own sheets and duvet cover in the middle of the night. There was no toilet roll. The one that he came and gave us had insects stuck on it. Next morning, the reception staff didn't listen to us. We went away . Now that we are trying to check out. Although the female staff called Annie is sympathetic and apologised, we are still waiting. And they are telling us to pay full price.
