C'est un petit appartement agréable avec un lit confortable et c'était très propre. Le staff a été sympa de nous laisser check in tôt le matin après notre bus de nuit. La douche était bien chaude et il y avait de la place dans la salle de bain.

Il y a 2 ouvertures depuis le toit dont une dans la salle de bain d'ou tombe directement la pluie et certainement de la boue ou autre car dès qu'il pleuvait il y avait des bruits étranges de boue qui tombait... Difficile à expliquer ce que c'était. La cuisine très décevante. J'ai réservé cet hotel pour la cuisine et impossible de se faire à manger il n'y avait rien du tout dedans...

An excellent place to stay in Ayacucho. Very clean and new, with a comfortable bed, good bathroom with hot water, a very nice property in general. If you happen to stay on a high floor, you will have a nice view of the city and the mountains. A quiet location a few blocks from the main square. The host is incredibly helpful, takes good care and can be contacted on Whatsapp any time. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful city that should attract more tourists.

The light in the room was a little weak and had a strange color, but it was a very minor issue.

The best hotel I've been to in Ayacucho. Super recommended, I plan to return. Because the host is super friendly, hospitable and attentive to any request. On this occasion he gave us a phenomenal room upgrade. The initial room that corresponded to us was very beautiful from the photos, in person it was much better. He gave us a tour of the hotel and I consider the Hotel to be 5 stars. The rooms have the bathroom, the TV, the furniture, the mattress, all brand new and of the best quality.

I like the location, it was 10 minutes for the Plaza de Armas de Ayacucho.

It was expensive in Pascua Holiday and in the kitchen they did not have pan to cook something.

Perfect location, super nice with quite big space apartment! The owner and the daughters were super kind and helped with organising tour and the taxi to the airport. We had a perfect stay and Ayacucho is a such a beautiful city! Another note: the bed is super comfortable which is so important when you are travelling accross Perù!!! I really recommend Hotel Residencia Sogu :)

Big apartment, comfy bed, and great bathroom with spa. the most amazing part was our host, he did everything he could to make us feel at home and organized all of our tours.

The water in the bathroom was either too hot or too cold.

Nice and clean rooms. The owner is very friendly helped us to find a parking for our campervan and we changed rooms, so we can be together with our child. There is a kitchen but no kitchen stuff. Close to the city center, just a short walk.

Amazing apartment for the price and the staff were incredible. My Spanish is quite poor but they walked me to the closest laundrette were very understanding with us checking out later. Highly recommend
