Friendly staff, easy to communicate with them in English. Loan at the front desk is always there with a smile to great you and help you. Peaceful place to rest.
Some construction junk near our bungalow. You have a beautiful place, you should clean up and take care of the environment surrounding the housing.

Perfect place to quite a bit form the caos and enjoy the nature and the beautiful la escape the area offer. We’d really like everything about the place from the host, to the restaurant, and the cutest dogs of the village!
We know about the type of accommodation where we were but we’d like to return with some adjustment in the room :)

Location is ideal if you want to be surrounded by nature.
Option to rent scooters was a amazing benefit, helped us get around Ninh Binh easy.
Honestly the photo's does not meet expecations.
If you are looking for a bare bones backpacking type style then it is the right place, but if you are looking for a bit more comfort & amenities, then I would give it a pass
