most the staff can not speak English mostly Chinese options on the breakfast and the taste was not good the location was little different than written in the site (400m)

地理位置优越， 早餐，下午茶， 晚餐都不错。 the location is excellent, super close to clock tower and easy to walk to the walls. The breakfast and afternoon tea are free too, also about dinner you can get a great local foods too. Meanwhile, there are many restaurants, shopping mall around here.

The gym. The time could be open earlier like 6am, and the equipment. I meant it looks pretty old and sad. Eventually I used a commercial gym next to the hotel. With the price we pay, I’m expecting more descent gym equipment. An idea as suggestions, just have some dumbbells will be much better.

Check in could have been a bit smoother. The receptionist didn’t have great English.

The room was spacious for two people, clean, comfortable, with all basic amenities and comforts. The staff was very helpful, responded quickly to whatever was needed/requested.

the lobby area could have had more seating space. As people often gather up at lobbies and wait for each other, 9 chairs are quickly occupied and so some guest may be left standing.

Good breakfast and location. I strongly recommend using their tour guides, they are amazing!

Location in Xian Old Town is great, Muslim Street and City Wall are in walking distance. Complimentary Afternoon Tea was nice, you can get some drinks and snacks. English Speaking Staff, also very friendly and welcoming. Rooms look modern and spacious, so does the overall hotel.

Everything! The location is fantastic; walking distance to sights like the Drum and Bell Towers, the Muslim quarter, and the city wall South Gate, but on a quieter side street. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, they helped us organize a driver and guide to go see the terracotta army. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of both Chinese and western options. The beds were really comfortable and the room was cleaned efficiently.

The hotel is well placed to the major attractions on foot, say about 15 minutes. It is also about 20 minutes on foot from the Bell Tower Xi'an Airport Shuttle drop off point. Surrounding the hotel are food outlets and convenient stores where you can buy cigarettes, instant noodles, yogurt and breakfast. The check-in process was professionally done. The room was spacious, well stocked up with soft drinks (Coke & Sprite, 1 ea), cookies, and fruits. These are on the house and will be replenished daily basis. It also comes with 02 bottles of drinking water on the counter, 02 in the mini fridge and 02 pack of milk. These is a stockpile of bottled drinking water at the lift lobby of every landing if insufficient. In room safe and hair dryer provider for the guest(s) and sufficient number of power sockets Toiletries were also topped up daily basis so were there bath linens Level 3 is the restaurant area for breakfast also the place for afternoon tea from 1500h - 1800h for hotel guest(s). Place your order a day in advance if it is not included in the room rate (RMB40/pax), spot cost more. The restaurant offers discount for hotel guest(s) dinner dining. Breakfast buffet volume is sufficient to feed a cow and tasty Level 4 is a small gym and 8 is the laundry room (02 washing machine and 01 dryer) I had the opportunity to have breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Food is tastefully done. Not oily at all and can request for non-spicy.

Can do better: - check the are underneath the basin counter for thorough cleaning - a few more hangers without the pegs - hanging hooks for jacket/bath towel - toilet seat cubicle door needs to check the squareness - cabinet door to mini fridge had sagged but no repair work done, can't close with ease - glass pane on the writing table is a high risk area. Not secured to prevent sliding off - Hotel guest lift (middle), the LED light rail had loosened from its seating, mentioned to the bell boy to have the maintenance crew to fix it on

Nice fresh contemporary design through out and spotless. Staff very helpful and polite. Free mini bar and afternoon tea was a bonus. Walking distance to under ground and bell/drum tower. The street next to the hotel full of little food restaurants. Plenty taxi and public transport. We will come back to stay here again definitely.

If you have something to tell a client, this has to be told in a discreet way; not loudly so whole people around you can hear! She was so rude and unpolite. Under the bed there is dirt (empty bottles and slippers used) better to clean...
