Good central location, good service by Joan, apartement with all facilities needed.
Small apartment and balcony. Very narrow staircase.

Location close to the beach, full amenities including a washing machine, modern Reno's.
Quite a few stairs to climb, poor lighting on part of the stairwell.

The person who checked us in was outstandingly helpful throughout.
The apartment was also excellently positioned with easy access to the beach and with good metro and bus links to the city, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
Balcony to sit out on.
Being on the 4th floor without lifts was tiring by the end.
There were also a couple of things that didn't work such as toilet needed repairing during our stay, blind in second bedroom didn't work, we never did work out how to turn hob on.

We stayed on the top floor of the 5 storied building, there is no lift so that was a good workout with all of our luggage. Would have much preferred the 1st or second floor, other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Bird infestation in Bathroom ceiling through vent pipe work. The owner said they had resolved but bird still present. Missing vent guard would fix.

The stairs were tiring, the apartment in the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

The apartment is very nice and cute and is located right next to the beach. In addition the neighbourhood was very nice, authentic and had a lot of little stores, bars and friendly people. We really enjoyed going out for a walk at night by the beach or even to the city centre, which was only a 20min walk away. The owners were always very responsive, friendly and collaborative as well and made us feel very welcome.

Junior is very nice and on time for check in. Nice and compact apartment.

Nice apartment in beautiful Barcelonetta. There's anything you need in apartment and in the close area (great bakery). Very close to the beach and city centre. Very good contact with the owner. I recommend this place.
