The hotel is located in a beautiful canyon with stunning views during the day and especially at night. Staff is more than welcoming and ready to help with any request. Hotel conveniently located to reach all the attractions in Al Ula.

Shaden Resort has an excellent location, surrounded by AlUla’s beautiful hills and dramatic rock formations. The setting really makes the resort feel special.
Our room was very nice, and the staff throughout the resort were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who surprised us every day with lovely decorations in our room — a very nice personal touch.
The buffet breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices and something for everyone.
The only real issue we had was the air conditioning in our room. It was extremely noisy — at times it sounded like a tractor running — and unfortunately disturbed our sleep during the night. For a resort of this standard, this is something that should definitely be addressed.

I love the place and other facilities because everything is near to our room.
I went there last week of August 2025 with our VP and what I didn't like now when I came back is the breakfast settings. Honestly, last year's breakfast buffet is so good with basket of bread unlike now, it looks like regular hotel breakfast like 4 stars below. I went also to Our Habitas and their breakfast is really so special. I love Shaaden but you can go better if you improve the breakfast buffet. Have some electric bike as well to have adventures for guests.

Beds were comfortable and the room clean. Staff were very nice.
The hotel is so under maintained. In the pool area the tiles were coming off the floor, also inside the pool. Outdoor furniture were old, used and covered with thick layer of dust, (same on our terrace), sun beds were stained, looked really gross. There are no proper roads, which apparently the resort decided to fix on a Saturday…
