Nice rental for a time to bring in the new year and gather after skiing in Galena. It was cozy, warm, and just the right space we needed

Staff was always available to answer any questions and were always very friendly. Would definitely come back again.

Our room was clean and the common areas had social distancing guides and hand sanitizer. Leesa helped us check in and she was wonderful. Our room was spacious, kitchen was stocked and overall comfortable. When arriving, our GPS brought us to the reality office just in front of our rental. I didn’t recognize our rental from the pictures because they’re replacing the siding and the Tyvek was up. I called Jan and she returned my phone call in a timely manner. This is a Wyndham Worldmark resort and the GM said they just got approval to post outside so hopefully there’s less confusion. One thing to note, this is right off Rt. 20. Our unit faced that direction and you could hear the traffic at night. There was an uplight outside the master bedroom window which brightened up the room at night- my only suggestion would be to replace the blinds with a black out shade. With the pandemic, the indoor pool was closed, however they allowed reservations for the game room. The location is ideal as it’s close to Eagle Ridge and downtown Galena. Overall I’d recommend this property.

Perfect location right near the entrance to Eagle Ridge. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the property was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

It was great but master bedroom is freezing!!! Fireplace didn’t work in master...
