The hotel was very clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The location was perfect, just a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. As soon as you step outside the building, you’ll find plenty of convenience stores and everything you need within the area.
The staff were also very helpful, friendly, and approachable. They were always ready to assist us whenever we needed help, which made our stay even more comfortable. Special thanks to H. Waiyan, if I remember his name correctly, for being especially helpful and accommodating. All the staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome.
Overall, we had a very comfortable, convenient, and pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was just right in size for two people. I do appreciate the promptness of their actions when we had request like when we asked to be moved to a non smoking floor and when we were asking for assistance on amenities. The staff were all so nice, they always have someone who can speak English to help me especially since my Japanese was not really that good. Super recommended!

Location
Was very dirty, and expensive when another Koko hotel in a good location was cleaner and less expensive. Laundry machine smelled, bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. Carpet was stained, the wall had a hole in it.
