Clean and well stocked rental with a fantastic location in Laguna (easily walkable to the beach and everything else). The host was very responsive and kindly showed our family around the property, pointing out where to find beach toys (our kids were with us) and where to go for various activities around town. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Laguna.

The location to the beach and town is amazing. The property is on the east side of PCH with a gas station view, but fantastic for everything else. The inside is nice, the setup is good for adults, 2 bedrooms and kids, another room that has a glass wall and a downstairs pull out. We had 6 adults and no problem with sleeping arrangements. Bathrooms very good. Little notes on everything made for easy use. Balconies everywhere. Also has beach chairs and umbrellas for us. A/C works great. Kitchen is very nice and has all the items needed. The host communication is wonderful. Definitely would stay again. Only a few negatives. The living room TV is older, and we had trouble with the controls, but who really watches that much TV with this location!! The main couch is a little unconfutable, it does have a pull out under it. The kitchen table only has 4 chairs. Other than that, great place!!!

Great property located walking distance to beach and restaurants. Free trolley to other areas. Living area is a bit small, but lots of patios.

This property has everything you need for your trip to this beautiful beach town. My daughters and I spent a few days in Laguna. The home is lovely, clean, and comfortable. This house also has air conditioning which I believe is often necessary in August. The kitchen is stocked with any equipment you might require. There is plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home. The home is centrally located and we walked to the beautiful beach in minutes. There are so many wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance. We did not use the car the entire trip. I met Lou the property owner and he is very kind and available if you have any questions. I also want to add that we have stayed in hotels in town before, and in my opinion this home is far superior.

Great location to central Laguna. You really don't need a car if you stay here, however having parking in Laguna is an extra added bonus. Good size bedrooms and nice lounging areas. Kitchen is well stocked (no alum foil or any type of plastic wrap). If you like to sleep with windows open it can be a bit loud since you are only one block off PCH (great location though), so we slept with the windows open and fan on, so it was not bad.

We were in town for a wedding and this location was perfect for our family. Everything was spotless clean and instructions ample for various amenities to allow us to enjoy our stay. Appreciated the easy check-in and check-out procedures. The ocean views were pretty awesome, too. Highly recommend this gem.

Wow! What a wonderful house. Great location, clean, beautiful, well outfitted, spacious, comfortable, great views, nice safe neighborhood, wonderful owner/host. Absolutely loved the area, perfect for going to the beach, restaurants or just strolling Laguna Beach. Highly recommend and we will certainly stay there again when we find ourselves back in Laguna Beach! Thank you Lou for a memorable stay.

We were a family of 5, two children and we loved the house and amenities. Lou, the owner, was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house is clean, the outdoor spaces and decks provide great views and lots of places to relax, and the amenities felt like home. The location was perfect- we walked everywhere and didn’t need our car to go to the beach, shop, or eat. We loved our stay and would recommend the house to anyone.

Our family of four had the best time here. The house was lovely and perfect; with a 4 and 6 year old, we were glad we could have bedrooms on the same floor. And bonus points for having a bathtub! They had everything we needed as far as amenities go, and the location can’t be beat. We loved walking everywhere (and walking off all the great food/drinks), and the beach being so close. There’s also a cute little playground right on the beach just a 6 min walk away. We definitely hope to return next year!

I have stayed in many places, and had some amazing experiences with VRBO, but none anywhere as amazing as this one. I wish that I could give an even more superlative rating on some of the categories above. What became immediate clear to me from booking on was that this booking was personal and not just commercial. The owner/manager answered our numerous questions about how the property was laid out, and communicated with us through out about our needs. He connected with us on so many levels during the wait for the stay and beyond. Our flight in got delayed substantially. He knew we were flying (for the first time) with our infant, and took the extra effort of moving the baby equipment (including the crib) that we had rented into the property and left the lights on for us so that we could check in as smooth as possible (after traveling for 26 hours). He even left a nice bottle of Berrings (I think) cabernet sauvignon for us that helped take off at least some of the exhaustion. Throughout our stay he was available and communicative, and even offered to allow us a late check out if needed. The space is perfect. We didn't get to enjoy the outside spaces much because of the wet turn in the weather on our free days, but EVERY Bedroom has a balcony, and if that isn't enough there is an extra one upstairs that is communal. Downstairs is an enclosed patio, and an attached morning coffee nook. The Kitchen is spotless, well stocked and equipped. Thank You LOU!

This is an ideal spot for a Laguna Beach vacation. The property is wonderfully kept and well appointed. The owner is very responsive. The location is splendid, close to all that Laguna Beach has to offer. This is our second time staying at the house, but it certainly won’t be the last!

Family getaway with 5 adults. Property owner, Lou, was super nice and responsive. Great communication. We were able to get two parking spots upon request. The location was very close to beach access and shopping/restaurants. We walked everywhere. Master bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen table has seating for 4 and patio seating has room for more. Well stocked kitchen and lots of beach toys. We had people in the pullout sofa in the upstairs living room. It has a glass enclosure which was great to make it quiet for sleeping. Wonderful modern TVs with streaming and wifi. Great location, comfortable, highly reccomend.

This is a comfortable, well-equipped house with a very helpful and welcoming host (thanks Lou!). Location is great for easy walking access to beautiful walks along the beach and into town for restaurants and shopping. A good bedroom/bathroom layout for two couples travelling together (rare find). Plenty of outdoor space for warmer weather and a fire for when it's cold outside. Excellent communication with the host.

We needed a rental in Laguna to be close to family members. Lou’s listing came up and it did not disappoint. The check-in process was smooth, and the owner Lou was always very responsive. The place is in a great location, one block from the main downtown Laguna Beach shops and restaurants. It is very close to the iconic Cliff Restaurant where we ate the day of our departure. Lou graciously allowed us to park in the space after 10:00 pm check-out time. The courtyard, which during the time of our stay we had all to ourselves, had a table and chairs set-up for nice outdoor dining and hanging out. There was also a BBQ with two (2) propane tanks. There are also outdoor decks upstairs with peekaboo views of the ocean where we sat outside one day and ate brunch with food we got from the Orange Inn, which was only a block away. Overall, a great stay and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back!!

Great for a family stay, able to spend quality time together having breakfast lunch and dinner together. Beach and shops is close enough to walk to. Very centrally located

Everything about this place is perfection. There's really no need for a car once your arrive. You can walk to the beach or into town in just minutes. And there's a trolley stop right across the street. Lou is an amazing host and has a beautiful home. It's fully stocked with everything you'd need, including lots of beach supplies. This is our second time renting from him. If we are lucky enough to get back out to California again, we'll be looking at his place first.

We enjoyed our stay in Laguna Beach. The property is in a great location and was well stocked with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to spread out. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful house with several outdoor areas to enjoy, including balconies with sunset views. The upstairs den allowed some folks to watch TV in the evenings while others could chat or read in the downstairs living room. Really nice having 2.5 baths for 4 adults. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Great location too! Easy stroll to downtown and the beach. The Cliff Restaurant with ocean view and tasty breakfast is just across PCH. Ralph’s market is nearby. The free trolley stops ½ block away at PCH and Legion St. (The city has an app that lets you track the trolley’s location in real time.) Highly recommend taking it south to Avila’s El Ranchito restaurant. Lou and his wife were a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great stay at this lovely property. It is in a very convenient location for walking to the center of town and to the beaches. It’s clean and well equipped and has some nice breezes from the ocean. There is plenty of space for 4 people not being on top of Abe another. Beds are very comfortable. It’s great to have a parking spot! The owner is reachable and great to work with about anything. Highly recommend.

Nice house, walk across street to beach and walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. The beach is a little private entrance, so you can just walk there which is a huge plus. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen.

Staying at this beautiful and comfortable home made this trip an idyllic respite for my husband and myself and our best couple friends. Lou was extremely gracious and kind from start to finish! She is the rare host who sent detailed check in information early (before I could get anxious), she responded to emails and texts promptly, and was genuinely interested in our comfort and happiness at her place. The home itself was incredible! More space than we expected. Two extremely comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Also additional sleeping areas with two couches that fold out for sleeping. One appealing feature of this home is that there are multiple patio areas upstairs and downstairs so we could have a different view or privacy if we wished. The kitchen was fully decked out and there is a nice room for eating. We only had one meal in the house though because of all of the great restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful breakfast every single day of our stay (and also one lunch) at The Cliff restaurant just across the street with a fabulous ocean view. This restaurant also has interesting shopping with jewelry, art, fabric goods, etc. Other restaurants and wonderful shopping is on forest, also within easy walking distance. Lou also has beach supplies available but we didn’t need to use them this time. With windows and sliding glass doors open, there is a lovely fresh ocean breeze that cools the home nicely, which was such a welcome change from our Dallas 100+ degree weather, and Lou also has air conditioning if needed. TV in every room and two really comfortable and pretty living areas with big tvs. We enjoyed all 4 of us on the couch watching tv in the upstairs one. Lou also has very pretty art decorating her walls. I honestly cannot think of a negative thing to say; all 4 of us absolutely loved this home, and I enjoyed interacting with Lou. I will definitely stay here again if I travel to this area, and I hope to do so again soon. Thank you so much, Lou!!
