VILLA STEFANIJA small Boutique hotel&restaurant

What a location, sitting having breakfast by the pool and admiring the magnificent view. Family run hotel with great food and personal service. Felt we new the staff all our life after a few days.

It rained one day which was dissapointing so the owner planned us a day of visiting Istria towns with wine tasting. What a few days, whats not to like.

Tolle, ruhige Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht. Pool zum Genießen. Leckeres Frühstück auf der Terrasse, sehr nette und herzliche Chefin, die sich ein kleines Paradies geschaffen hat. Sehr freundlicher Haushund. Abendessen sehr gut - das Steak Fiorentina für zwei hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt.

We stayed for three nights. I liked the breakfast very much, the selection on offer and the breakfast service was fantastic and friendly. The location as well was very beautiful with magnificent views. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on that Check out was pleasant.

The welcome wasn't very warm. The list of various rules were a bit over the top, there's a better way to say things and in a better tone. At this price level I would expect the coffee machine in the room to be included in the price. Also I would expect after being informed of a used coffee pod in the machine and a half drank bottle of Jana in the fridge (from previous guests) for them to be removed and replaced after informing staff. And just one pre-emptive comment for the owner, a 6.0 on booking is "Pleasant" according to booking's own scoring system.
