Having to buy a linen package and make up the beds ourselves. For the price this should be included.

This property is very spacious - great for families and great for bringing doggoes with you. Big master bedroom with king size bed, other rooms are all good size and our kids found their beds very comfy too. The big spacious grounds make everything really easy, from parking and loading/unloading the car, to having a bbq in the huge back yard.
Kitchen is well equipped too with everything you could reasonably want.
Everything about the place either met or exceeded our expectations. Maybe the couches in the lounge could be updated but they were comfy and if you're going to have pets around, you probably don't want to worry about them damaging expensive furniture. So, all good.

The quiet location and acreage space around the house to walk and short walk to the beach. The gas fire place gave the house a cosy feel at night.
We enjoyed the birds, the bush turkey and possum visits at night, but the Kookaburras became very cheeky trying to swoop for food when wanting to sit outside and relax.

Well located, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, easy key collection, has (almost) everything you need. Great long weekend away with the extended family (I was not travelling solo despite what this website insists on listing neat to this review)
1. No A/C at all in this house, might be an issue in summer
2. You need to bring your own sheets and towels (or rent them at extra cost) and make your own beds, which is a bit downmarket for such a great property
