This is more a boarding house with other guests renting rooms. Mattress and pillows horrible. Kitchen fine, refrigerator filled with other guests. Would not visit again.

Wie diese guten Bewertungen zustande kommen kann ich mir beim besten Willen nicht erklären. Küche, Bad und auch das Zimmer waren alles andere als sauber. Das Bett war unbequem und hat gequietscht.

Frank en zijn partner hebben een super leuk huis op korte rij afstand van Joshua Tree national park. De mgevinf bij Twnty Nine Palms Springs is erg leuk en de natuur geweldig. Frank verhuurt meerdere kamers in het huis en er is een grote gezamenlijke ruimte met een enorme keuken, waar alles te vinden is. De kasten en koelkast zijn prima gevuld en je kan je eigen spullen lekker koel bewaren. Buiten is een prima zitje en een jacuzzi. De douche is fantastisch. Waarschijnlijk een van de beste tijdens onze rondtrip en het bed is ook al zo heerlijk. Dank Frank!

De afstand vanaf Joshua Tree National Park en vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar/manager. Zijn manier van communiceren was erg prettig en uiterst vriendelijk. In het huis ligt er een map klaar met allerlei tips en informatie, heel attent! Auto mocht op de oprit staan, dit was zeer prettig. Goede warme straal uit de douchekop.

In de omschrijving op booking.com staat niet duidelijk vermeld dat je alles met de andere gasten deelt; keuken, tuin, koelkast, woonkamer etc. Bed kraakt bij elke draai maar dit is beiden te overzien. Het grootste minpunt: onze kamer was ontzettend vies. Gebruikte pleisters onder het bed, snoeppapier, dode insecten, overal haren in bed en badkamer die niet van mij of mijn partner waren. Zelfs op de handdoekhouder en wcrolhouder zat een laag stof. Dat kan niet als er na elke uitcheck grondig wordt schoongemaakt. Het was zo vies dat we er echt even over getwijfeld hebben om maar gewoon in de auto te gaan slapen. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten omdat we niet langer wilden blijven dan nodig. Absoluut geen aanrader voor zo'n 100 euro per nacht. We vinden het heel jammer om deze recensie te moeten plaatsen want de plek heeft absoluut potentie!!

Alles was aanwezig, heel erg dichtbij de ingang van Joshua tree.

Ik las dat je de badkamer & keuken deelt. Maar ik had niet verwacht dat er in het huis een paar kamers zijn verhuurd worden. Je kan dus met veel mensen in 1 huis zitten.

De gedeelde badkamer, maar dat is op deze locatie niet te voorkomen. De badkamer functioneerde echter prima op alle fronten.

The room we stayed in had a private bathroom and as very clean. Parking on drive or outside. We didn’t use the hot tub or outside garden area so can’t comment on that. Good kitchen facilities

Some of the other houses in road are little run but we feel safe inside and this property was lovely.

Wish we had had more time - the place seemed very cute, cozy and welcoming - but we pretty much just showered and slept. The master suite was giant and comfortable.

It was nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just by the entrance to Joshua NP. The welcome book had a lot of useful information for visitors.

The AC in the master bedroom did not work well. We had a fan at full speed and still we could not sleep because it was so hot . I even opened the door to the hallway for some breeze but it didn’t help much .

Lovely accomodation. Everything you could possibly need if you want to cook. Quiet, clean and roomy. Friendly and respectful host. Would highly recommend when looking for a place to stay in Joshua Tree.

Frank and Roy are very nice people and easy to contact. The location is amazing as you basically fall out of your bed directly into Joshuas Tree National Park. The house is very well equiped (even a Jacuzzi and bonfires are included), so you don't miss anything.

It feels a bit like living in a shared flat as when I was a student. You can like it or not (I actually did). Nothing worth noting here.

Great area for the Joshua Tree Park. Lot's of restaurants. No host on site, 3 rooms for rent. Quiet area. Fully equiped kitchen for shared use. Good space for parking.

Could do with better cleaning the floor.

My very first experience at a Bed and Breakfast which was good however as much as I enjoyed the place it had some flaws for starters I thought that this place had a pool from what the photos had shown. When we had gotten to the place and I checked the back yard I was disappointed to see that only a structure of a pool and that was it looked like a pool but no water quite frankly it's bad to show a picture of a pool advertised and have no pool of this was the case shouldn't this be mentioned?? This is the only thing I can criticize about to be quiet honest other than that it was a good experience me and my wife had a great time.

By far the worst accommodation of our trip. There is only one bathroom for at least 5 rooms. The beds are super saggy and it is extremely noisy. We have not slept all night and can only advise against booking here! Rather spend 20 euros more for what neat.

Easy communication. Great value. Location couldn't have been better - right by the visitor center, coffee shop and pizzeria. Place was cool, spacious, and homey with everything you need. Wish I had time to check out the hot tub.
