Breakfast was oke but this was an olther van der Valk. Most of the location are very modern ans luxury but this location was older and not luxe

Very clean and good food

My fridge in my room didn't work and it was not fixed or replaced regardless of how many times I raised the issue with reception. Also there was no hot water one of the mornings and I feel we should have been told about it and given some information about how and when it would be fixed but nothing was said unless we enquired about it and I feel some sort of refund should have been offered due to the inconvenience but again nothing was mentioned.

industrial equipment noises starting from 4am not even some strawberry jam (or any jam for that matter) at breakfast…

Very much enjoyed a 4 night stay as a Christmas break. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Bathroom offered bath in addition to shower - constant hot water and good towels. Enjoyed buffet breakfast and dinner from a La Carte menu - all good very well cooked food and served nicely. Staff throughout hotel always exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating!
