The Point Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at The Point Hotel & Spa. What truly made our experience special was the incredible staff, every person we met was friendly, kind, welcoming and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. And we certainly cannot forget the wonderful breakfast every morning! A special thank you to the breakfast team for their friendly service and for starting each day with such a welcoming smile. To everyone at The Point Hotel & Spa, thank you for making our stay so memorable. Your kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated.

There are a few signs of wear and tear around the hotel & room we stayed in . The bedding and pillows could perhaps do with a refresh, especially for comfort. That said, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the lovely, friendly staff really made our stay special.

Excellent location and the staff are extremely helpful and always had a smile. The breakfast was very good.

Building and rooms were a bit tired. Not as clean as it could be.

The room's furniture layout, there was no setting to do my hair. The Chairs were uncomfortable.

The views was beautiful and staff friendly and efficient.

After recommendations from staff we decided to dine in one night to try their curry. Once there we were told we could choose between chicken or fish curry. The waiter returned some time later to advise that the chef refused to cook our meal because he was preparing vegetarian curry for a couple at another table. We were shocked and very disappointed at the chef’s poor and unprofessional service.
