Hotel Albergo

The hotel is well located close to train, Metro and Bus. Very clean and have friendly Staff ( Angil and others) available to help customers

The hotel was very modest, however the room I had, had been recently painted, with modern toilet and shower facilities. Also an easy location for the train station as well as an easy walk to the main sites. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast across the square is a cafe/work place which is open from 7am that offers a really great breakfast, so you can still get out early to sight see. Great for a short stay, good value for money. A comfortable room for the price that you pay. Staff were always very helpful and it is great that they are there 24/7 as you can do late check-ins. Also stored my luggage whilst I went out sight seeing which is always helpful.

The motion sensor lights are very sensitive, I only had to get out of bed and the hall light came on. Thankfully they don't stay on too long. I must remember to travel with an eye mask next time. My neighbours were also noisy the first night as well, but my second nights sleep was much better. Bedside light wasn't working, maybe check the bulb.

It is exactly at the right location and in close vicinity of all the main attractions in Brussels city centre.

NA

-good Wifi -5-10 mins. from city center -friendly staff

-room lacks basic amentities, like two bedside tables, a garbage bin, fridge, bedside lamp -water gets only cold or semi cold, not really warm or hot -VERY loud. (thin walls, bad isolated doors) if you're sensible to that be ready to hear everything. -there was a woman's underwear from a previous guest on the heater, that was not picked up by cleaning staff.
