Location was perfect
I can hear and feel the doors getting shut from other rooms, and the price to value is not that much.

The location at the heart of the old town, very practical
My husband and I were surprised at how unfriendly the presumably chief of reception staff was.
Being a receptionist at this hotel, is it really that great ? I even asked myself.
It's a five-star hotel, isn’t it? However they don't help us with our luggage, our car, or anything else.
We travel a lot around the world, but we don't normally encounter this situation in a 5 star hotel.
We carried our own luggage and my husband put the car in the parking lot by himself.
The receptionist was so overbearing in these instructions.
We were so uncomfortable and I regretted choosing this hotel at that moment.

"Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Komfortable große Betten, Roomservice top und sehr gut geschulte Mitarbeiter."
