Micul dejun destul de variat. La micul dejun in tot restaurantul unde luau micul dejun toti cei cazați era un singur aparat de cafea și cozi de peste 30 minute sa îți iei o cafea. La fel, un singur aparat pentru apa sau suc!

Usa de la balcon era defecta și noaptea se auzea tot zgomotul de afara, de la petrecăreți. Sub cada era o țeava sparta, și la orice dus apa se scurgea in toată baia și ajungea pana in camera. Aplica unde se introducea cardul camerei era desprins.

Много ни хареса почивката, компексът е чист и добре поддържан, персоналът е любезен и усмихнат. Има голям подземен паркинг, който се ползва безплатно. При настаняване и при напускане, дойде пиколо с голф количка който ни пренесе багажа от колата в паркинга до стаята. Комплексът се намира на първа линия, плажът е точно под хотела. Доплатихме си закуска - беше хубава и разнообразна. Посетихме и рибния ресторант, който е до морето - също ни хареса, има уникална гледка и вкусни ястия.

Душът в банята не беше добър - къс и с нестабилна стойка.

The food was very good. We had an amazing sea view. It is very well suited for families with children in strollers as the access to the beach is via elevators.

Excellent location, nice outdoor design, superb garden. Convenient access to the seaside. Quiet place, excellent for families. Lots of restaurants around nearby marina with good food, at walking distance, however one should be in a good shape to climb the road by the beach. Prices over medium. Having a car at disposal would make life easier for visiting nearby points of interest. Some of the staff were speaking English, especially the young generation. We may come back in the next season. However, I've noticed other nearby properties that could have better prices on the end season and closer to the restaurants within the marina.

Food at italian restaurant is just quicly prepared food, no italian taste, more like a cantine. The furniture in the apartments is not in the best shape, however there is all you could need for a vacation. Maybe the entire hotel would need some small maintenance works, so the tourists would not observe some obvious deficiencies. Staff is not quite friendly nor distant. I assume everyone was waiting for the season ending.

They showed a film In the kids club, but close it before the movie ends, the kids were very disappointed but other than that all was good

The positive points are the pool and the room size.

I have seen lots of positive reviews, but we stayed at the main hotel, and even if the room was big, it has lots of gaps, like: we were 4 persons and they gave us only 2 towels and when we ask the cleaning lady she said that if the room has 2 she cannot give us more, in the bathroom we only had 2 small hand soaps and a hanging soap dispenser, nothing else, the sofa was broken and dirty, to make the kids sleep there we had to buy extra sheets to be sure that everything it will be ok, because they won’t give you extra sheets. We had full board meals and in lunch and dinner they obligated us to buy water, because it is not included in the meal, and it was like overpriced. The food was not tasty, and it is only junk food, clearly not a 5 star hotel food! From our point of view it is a 3,5 star hotel and restaurant.
