Nothing, only location

I reserved a smoking room, when I reached they gave me a smoking room and the AC was not working, so I contacted the receptionist and she told me that she will send the maintenance guy who told me in a rude way you're not living with us in UAE? AC is not working due to rain. So I asked them to change the room, and they moved me to a non smoking room and the connection was not working, no internet or phone calls access or connection, so I went straight to the reception and I told them I want to check out because this is not a proper stay, the receptionist took the key card from me and said ok as you like!! She didn't even ask me why I'm leaving after 15 minutes!! And they didn't even refund me even though I checked in for 10 minutes only!! Very bad experience and I'm not recommend this place to anyone, I advise you to sleep in the street rather than go to this place.

اخذو مني مبلغ اكثر من البوكنج ب100 درهم تقريبا ولما سألتهم قالو هذي رسوم ياخذها البوكنج ، ماي الحمام يتجمع في المغسلة وفي المسبح وما يمشي بسرعه ، الستاره ما تفتح واذا تحاول تفتحها تتبطل من فوق ، ارضية الممرات في بعض الطوابق سيئة ، التلفزون سيئ وغير واضح ، عدد الباركنات محدود تضطر توقف على مدخل الفندق والصباح يشلون السيارة باركنج ثاني

Location is just infront of mega mall and surrounded by Restaurent. Ease to move to any directions. Bus, taxis are available near by. Rooms are larger with all amenities.

The property seems to be old.. washroom is totally corroded. Shower doesn’t work properly due to corrosion. Parking spaces are limited but the hotel helps with valet parking .

Poor service hotel every roome in probloum reception staff is not coaprative ilive about 10 days this hotel i change three rooms cooling probloum missing microwave 5 days not provide me microwave than change roome next roome cooling probloum
