The location is perfect if your work is related to financial services - banks and insurers line the street and in most cases are walking distance from the hotel (although it is a little hot). The staff are excellent and the level of cleanliness high. It is a busy place with a nice atmosphere. It is not a staycation location, but a very good business hotel.

I would like to see better coffee or more coffee in the hotel rooms by default and I felt the dry cleaning prices were on the high side (although the service was excellent)

The amineties are very good. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. Food is very good & caters to most preferences.

I stayed on the 1st floor & there was a lot of noise in the corridor. The bathroom is very dated & and the paint is coming of the bathroom door and skirting. The bathroom ceiling has dirty marks where the geyser access point is. The hotel is very expensive compared to other similar hotels.
