While the apartment was generally satisfactory, it did not completely meet my expectations.

The apartment was good; however, it fell significantly short of my expectations. Upon my arrival, I found the receptionist to be neither welcoming nor professional. While explaining the apartment rules and related information, her attitude was overly serious and lacked the warmth, courtesy, and hospitality that guests would reasonably expect from a serviced apartment or hotel. Compared to my experiences at other establishments, where reception staff are friendly, approachable, and focused on making guests feel welcome, the service I received created a negative first impression from the outset. Furthermore, I traveled to Bahrain by car and had some of my clothes hanging in the back of the vehicle. While assisting with my luggage, a staff member carelessly caused the clothes to fall onto the ground, leaving them dirty. As a result, I was forced to send the clothes to a laundry service for cleaning and pressing at my own inconvenience. I found this incident unacceptable, as greater care should have been taken when handling a guest's personal belongings. The disappointing service continued during checkout. The staff member who brought my luggage downstairs simply left it beside the reception area and walked away without offering any further assistance. I waited for almost 15 minutes expecting him to return and help load the luggage into my car, but he did not. Eventually, I had to handle the luggage myself. The staff member only returned after I had finished and offered an apology, which, while appreciated, came too late to rectify the situation. Overall, although the apartment itself was satisfactory, the level of customer service was well below the standard I would expect from a hotel or serviced apartment. The lack of professionalism, poor handling of my belongings, and inadequate assistance during checkout significantly affected my stay and resulted in an experience that was both frustrating and disappointing.

The name only

It’s old. Rooms and corridors smell bad. Old showers , you have to take a shower in a bath tub which is slippery. The water pressure was not low.
