Every one who worked there was incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect for children who don’t care much about comfort and just want to play in the pool

When we checked in to our room, we had no towels, none, and upon request took them about 30min to bring us some. The food was mostly lukewarm and overall not good, however I do have to say that the option were more on the healthy side, very few fried options, which was nice, it would’ve been great if the flavor was there.

It’s beautifully located by the beach, and I really enjoyed the water aerobics. There was also a good selection of food, with plenty of options to choose from. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely surprise the hotel arranged for our wedding anniversary. I contacted the hotel beforehand to ask if they could do something special, and they went the extra mile by decorating our bedroom. My husband and the children were so surprised! ❤️ Thank you so much for making our anniversary extra special — we truly appreciate the effort. The staff are hardworking, friendly, and always willing to help. There are also evening activities available, although unfortunately we couldn’t join many of them as we were all exhausted after our busy days. Our children, aged 6 and 8, absolutely loved the kids’ activities and had such a wonderful time. We had a lovely and unexpected experience while walking along the shore — we even had a special encounter with baby sea turtles! 🐢🌊💙 It was such a beautiful and memorable moment for our family. ✨ Overall, we had a lovely family stay and really appreciated the effort the hotel made to make our anniversary memorable. ❤️🌴

Good amount selection of food but Repetitive

Der Zugang zum Meer und die Liegen dort waren gut. Es gab ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, falls man einen Mietwagen auf dem Geländer parken will.

Der Fitnessraum war schrecklich und hatte sehr veraltete Geräte. Ein paar Servicemitarbeiter waren extrem genervt und unfreundlich. Es hat ein wenig gedauert bis wir unseren Favoriten gefunden hatten bei dem wir versucht haben jeden Tag einen Tisch in seinem Bereich zu bekommen. Man kann ab 8 Uhr morgens für das Abendessen einen Tisch in einem der 5 Restaurants reservieren. Es hat während unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal im Steakhouse oder Fisch-Restaurant funktioniert, da diese Tische jeden Tag sofort ausgebucht waren.
