Although this hotel needs some new investments in the interior and rooms, they are still trying to keep the standards and thanks to their staff they are doing it pretty decent. Receptionist helped us when there was a noise from the room next to us and solve the situation pretty fast and with manners. Ladies from the restaurant are kind, warm and professional and the food is lovely. Very nice breakfast! Nice base if you want to enjoy wonderfull Lucca and visit couple of other sights in Toscany. Very good traffic connection. Recommeding to other travelers.

Breakfast was excellent,with plenty of choice ,and the croissant was really fresh . The room was really spacious ,the bed very comfortable . The location was excellent for both central Lucca and the Motorway

The music during breakfast was terrible. It seems that you are on a funural...... so sad. Please chose something else or happy music.

Overall it was a very nice hotel and the staff was really great. The room was a good size and confortable. The worst thing is that the wi-fi wasn´t working at all in the room. That was a big problem for me because I use it for work. I think the owner should invest to make this better.
