We received the most heartwarming hand-written thank you note from the entire hotel staff. Such gestures make you realize what true hospitality looks like, and we couldn't be more grateful for their kind words. In general, we loved the people, the food, the location, the scenery.

The resort was well located and close to a lovely beach.

There was no hot water to shower with, it was warm but not warm enough for the kids. There were loads of flies sitting on the breakfast food which was not ideal

Clean, affordable, great activities and services

Beautiful and green area, friendly staff, varied breakfast and dinner (we booked HB), three minutes from the beach. Great pool, water slide and kids pool with pirate ship. We enjoyed playing mini golf!

Half board booked, but not informed drinks not included. Drinks sold during meals are overpriced.

Breakfast was good. There was a variety of hot and cold food. The coffee was great

Not much to complain about. Maybe a money machine (Bancomat) inside the hotel would be good. You have to pay in cash in some places and the closest Bancomat is a kilometer away

The room and the air conditioning

The staff were not attentive- it felt very commercialised, as in when we go there they were happy they had our money & wouldn’t help us with anything else, e.g. best places to visit or eat (only recommend their own restaurants). Very regimented times for everything- dinner breakfast & all of the the extra facilities you had to pay extra for after already spending over £1000 to stay there. Good for kids, but for young couples looking for a romantic holiday I recommend against this hotel!

All you need to entertain the kids (3 and 5 years old), great personnel, very efficient, exceptional buffet!

This year, the weather was too hot, couldn’t do much during the day, except sleeping. Oh well, can’t choose the weather...
