The roof top pool and overall aesthetic

The fact the plug sockets didn’t work in our room.

Very pleasant for what we needed but too far out of town for many people

All facilities were great. Small gym but does the work, jacuzzi and sauna were nice. The room/bathroom is very nice.

Pool was nice, I would recommend some more seating and for tanning purposes different chairs that decline all the way. But what bugged me the most; there was no vibe, we stayed for one drink. To consider; the location is a bit out of the way from everything, it's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach

The staff were exceptional. They were all friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. And Housekeeping also absolutely spot on. A team that you should be proud of.

Nothing that the hotel can alter. I am anticipating hip replacement surgery on 29/8 and walking is painful, so the hotel location was not not my preferred choice. However, we shall return once I am healed and I will be able to walk more comfortably.

Very comfortable, clean room with all the facilities you could need. Complimentary water on arrival. Staff seemed friendly.

A little disappointed with the size of the rooftop pool.

Receptionists are NOT welcoming and aren’t helpful. They are glued to the computers and lack interpersonal skills. Saying that, however the maintenance, breakfast and housekeeping staff are friendly and approachable.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast room.

The rooftop pool is smaller than expected and felt crowded with just a few people. If you have a large car forget about using the carpark, you might not get it back out!

Staff very welcoming, good selection of foods for breakfast. Clean with comfortable beds. Within walking distance of amenities.

The hotel was very nice and modern, nice pool but a little small

Personnel at the reception on the phone managing other bookings. They could not focus on people waiting (a booking office would be recommended). Too much air condition in the breakfast room

Reception area really easy to find straight in on the left. Ruben on the desk was amazing. All went like clockwork. Room very good size, lifts next to reception, perfectly clean and everything we needed and more. Pool area, real bonus and great after being out in the heat all day. Breakfast plentiful, great choices and really tasty.

Having to leave we didn’t like that much. We will definitely be coming back and staying here for longer. Loved the location. Good distance for walking to all shops and sightseeing.

I was disappointed that the parking wasn’t available for both nights of our stay. And then being charged a massive €14 for just one night. We were not made aware of tariffs and would have parked for free on the street close by

I think the price of the 2 night stay was rather expensive for what was supposed to be a 4 star rated hotel

Rooftop pool which is a bonus in Alocante city

The loungers on the rooftop pool could have been better. Also there were no umbrellas to sit under

Staff were ver y attentive and welcoming. Pool and pool bar great.

the room booked for 2 people but it was small bed, we came a long way driving we need to rest they changed the room to another which had faulty AC and was too warm then room changed for the 3rd time but AC still bad not cold. bed quality very cheap and bed sheets old and over washed torn off

Stuff is friendly

Very small pool. A bath tab to be more accurate.... limited pool area and teh idea to have it on a roof top is not ideal too.... The nearest beach is 2 km away...

The poolside cabana with drinks and food was great.

The pool wasn’t always clean and had plasters floating in it at one stage. The AC didn’t work the first day but it was fixed by the end of day 2. The bathroom doors do not close flush to the doorway by design so don’t share a room unless you’re ready to be extremely close after.
