Breakfast and the staff were great.
Reception were incredibly helpful with taxis and directions, etc
In house cafe was well used for smoothies and snacks.
Hotel was opposite a small supermarket which was handy and one street to Plaça Reale and Las Ramblas
Right in the Gothic Quarter so all sights easy to find there . Huge number of restaurants nearby.
Bed was comfortable too.
Pool was cold in mid Sept ☹️Our balcony room had balcony doors which would not shut properly or lock due to a bent frame and as a light sleeper the pedestrian noise and street cleaning noise meant little sleep for 5 nights as a new frame was needed we were told. No compensation off room rate or anything else was offered. That was disappointing

The location is great! Really central. The pool was really nice to have!
The vent in the shower makes a ridiculous amount of noise, but disappointing that you cannot turn on a bathroom light without the noise. Additionally, I think the price-quality ratio is too high. Compared to what I got, it was too expensive in my opinion.

We were only there one night so did really get to experience much.
I was sent an email to do check-in online to save time on arrival. In spite of doing the online check-in, including uploading passport photos, we had to go through the whole process again on arrival 🤷🏾♂️
