The staff was very nice and the food at the buffet was good too.

First of all, this is not a 4-star hotel. It needs to be repaired, repainted and cleaned deeply. Everywhere you look there is something either dirty or that needs to be painted. Secondly, the hotel is marketed by showing amazing pictures of the water park, but what people don't know until they arrive is that kids need to be at least 1,30 meters tall, and if your kids is 1,25 (s)he is not allowed to get in the park, even if parents offer to sign a document.

the beds were big, they have cable in the room so could watch Eurocopa in silence... Has an excellent buffet...breakfast 10€, lunch and donner 14€...worth it unless you plan on paying the same or more for low quality tapas in the town center.

Old....not a 4 star....the cleaning crew did not clean...only piles the sand in one corner of the bathroom. The shared spaces are Extremely loud....I mean...nauseatingly loud with kids crying and screaming and the children's entertainment person loudly on the mic...I left...with a headache...this is not a hotel for childless couples....not even a little bit.. Quite a long walk 25 min from.beach but has a train that takes u hourly. 35 min walk from city center....far
