Golden Legend Boutique Hotel

Die Lage gut. Nah am Hoan Kiem Lake. Personal sehr nett. Mit meinem Zimmer war ich zufrieden. Große Dusche, Safe, Balkon.

Beim einchecken bisschen chaotisch. Frühstück in anderem Hotel paar Häuser weiter. Da es Gäste aus beiden Hotels da frühstücken ist es etwas eng. Ich würde das Hotel noch mal buchen.

I had a fantastic stay at Golden Legend Boutique Hotel during my visit to Hanoi from 19–25 September. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The hotel has a great location in the center of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, close to many popular tourist attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops. It was very convenient for exploring the city and experiencing the charm of Hanoi. My hotel room was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and comfortable — a wonderful place to relax after a busy day exploring Hanoi. What made my stay especially memorable was the amazing hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Shawn and all his wonderful colleagues at the reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made me feel truly at home and added so much to my experience. The buffet breakfast was also delicious, with a lovely selection of food each morning. It was a perfect way to start the day. I am very grateful to the entire team at Golden Legend Boutique Hotel for making my stay in Hanoi so comfortable and enjoyable. The excellent location, beautiful room, delicious breakfast, outstanding service, and especially the wonderful staff made this a truly memorable experience. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi and highly recommend Golden Legend Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay. the hospitality by Shawn and Roger were amazing. our AC leaked right after we checked in and they got a guy to fix it immediately. wake up call provided upon request, breakfast was good, daily change of towels and housekeeping

there were tiny ants around the room probably because we were very close to a tree

Pros 1. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom was great. 2. Nice location on an alleyway. It was nice not being on a main road.

Cons 1. The AC does not get very cold. I would constantly sweat at night. 2. The charge 5% fee for using a credit card. I stayed in Vietnam for 2.5 weeks and they were the only hotel that charged this fee. They also tried to tell me initially that they only took cash, which I told them I didn’t have sufficient and that they should have publicized that on the site and I would have booked elsewhere. They then stated they accepted card payment but that they would charge me a 5% fee.
