Very good location and super friendly staff

The room was quite small to fit two persons, yet manageable

The location was great! The hotel is right at the edge of the busiest part of Shibuya, which I actually loved. You’re still in the main area and only about a 2-minute walk from the busy streets, but once you get closer to the hotel, everything feels much calmer and you can actually walk around without constantly bumping into people! The hotel honestly exceeded my expectations. At first, I was a little concerned because I had read that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and that you couldn’t adjust the temperature yourself. However, this wasn’t an issue at all! If it was centrally controlled, then it was regulated really well. There were actually times when I felt a little cold, but I was never too hot, which was my main concern. The room itself was beautiful, and I really liked the design. I was travelling alone, so the bathroom having windows facing into the room wasn’t an issue for me. However, there are curtains you can close if you want privacy, so honestly, I don’t think it would be much of a problem even if you were travelling with someone else. The hotel also provides pretty much everything you need. There was shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the room, and downstairs at reception you could pick up additional amenities such as toothbrushes, body towels and other essentials. The staff were also really helpful. My check-in wasn’t until 3 pm, but they were more than happy to look after my suitcases from around 7 am, which made my first day in Tokyo so much easier! I was a little sceptical at first because the hotel is located at the beginning of a small alleyway, but there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The area felt completely fine and I really enjoyed how much quieter it was compared with the busiest streets of Shibuya. There is also a 7-Eleven and a FamilyMart less than a 2-minute walk away, as well as a really good coin laundry around the same distance, which was super convenient. Great! I would definitely come back!
