Excellent staff, clean and comfortable. Great location. Close to the beach and the bars and restaurant's. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, clean and excellent bathrooms. The coffee station was great. Staff were very helpful and kind. Lovely pool and pool area.

The directions on Booking.com are incorrect! You need to call for a pick up from Tonsai beach pier. The hotel will happily accommodate this. Otherwise you get stuck at the wall!!!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds,good shower. First time in thailand we slept very peacufully, no mosque,rooster,dogs... we still thought the night was expensive but comparing to the other accomodations at tonsai or railay it was the best and we wpuld definetely stay there again

Doors don't close completely when locked, there is a small gap but no insect came in our room so that was ok. Window in the bathroom was half broken so they taped it with some plastic,but could be nice to have a normal window. Tonsai is dead completely, one bar, so if you want to go to railay that is 400baths

The hotel had a nice swimming pool. Staff tried to be helpful, but there was some language barriers in the reception.

In 3 days the room wasn't cleaned once. Electricity was turned off on 7am so you don't have a light in the bathroom in the mornings. Towels had holes in them and some items were dirty. Paid for breakfast, but it was very overpriced for what we got, cheaper and better meals you can get in near by cafes. Overall price was different before booking and after booking button was pushed. They tried to make a modern room, but a lot of things were missing - only TV rack in the room without TV, holes in the showers for curtains and bathroom supply appliances but not the actual items. Overall for us the swimming pool is not such a benefit that we would want to return there.

The nature around is great

NO ELECTRICITY! only in the evening and until 7 AM do no light in bathroom, no hot water, no television, no coffee...when i went to the reception and complained they called the manager by phone: he said it was xlearly mentioned on booking: i doublechecked and is NOT the case. There is no restaurant and the breakfast is not on site: a coupon is given to ho eat at a local shack. This is not worth the price. The manager didn t want to give any reduction at all. Another problem; from this location you always have to take a boat to go to railay or any other place: during daytime you can walk via a strenous path but obcz dark that is not a real option..

The crew was very nice ,the room was clean and the bed very comfortable . We enjoyed the pool alot.

The signal is not working very well there

The rooms located in front of the pool, very modern and clean compared to the cabins.

The Cabins were super dirty. I had to upgrade to a front pool room to avoid the bad smells and dirty bathrooms, floors, insects, etc.

Stuff is nice and friendly. Swiming pool area is beautiful but the water is not very clean

Not worth the money. Quite dirty rooms, they do not have room cleaning service, which at that price should be a must. You can get any other bungalow near by for half the price or less (but without swiming pool).
