Hotel Monte Sarago

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr vielseitig. Geräumiges Zimmer, Lift, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Schade , dass der SPA-Bereich zusätzlich stolze 40Euro pro Person kostet. Für uns ein Grund, diesen nicht zu nutzen.

The staff, all extremely helpful and key staff remembered our room number after the first day.

We had a nice stay at Hotel Monte Sarago. The location was very convenient, with an easy 10-minute walk to the center of Ostuni, making it a great base for exploring the city. Having complimentary parking with plenty of space was a huge plus for us, especially since we were traveling with an SUV. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and our room had a beautiful view of the city. The only downside for us was the comfort of the beds and pillows, which unfortunately were not very comfortable and could use some improvement. Overall, a convenient stay with great parking, an excellent breakfast, and beautiful views of Ostuni.

Staff was nice not very willing to accommodate

I booked 2 rooms for 2 people per room. My cousin got the nice room with no issue. I ended up with a room for handicapped. A/C wasnt working- weather was scorching hot room was damp and wet. I lost my voice after a few days of that. Shower was so small n tight water was all outside the floor. I ended up having to book another room at another hotel for my son because he couldn't even shower he's 6' 2". I spoke to staff they weren't very accommodating. I was in this hotel with other family members 1 of which had a handicapped room for her husband and there's was nice like the rest of the hotel. Mine looked like it was the only room in the entire hotel that was not remodeled.
