The location is great, the room was clean, small, and comfortable, but from the pictures of the hotel you’d expect more. First of all, the main lobby is very understated, it’s located in the back of the building, tiny reception with two busy receptionists, no personal touch: they scan your passport, ask to pay the city tax, and read the number of your room, that’s it. I had to ask what time the breakfast was. I had no idea there was a mini-bar in the room until at checkout they asked me if I used it.
The room was OK, everything worked and everything was clean, but except the bath robe (one for two guests) and the slippers (also one pair for two people reserved in the room), there is nothing exceptionally good.
The lobby: please work on that, it doesn’t go with the exterior images of the hotel, and of course the staff can show more enthusiasm at check in
