The staff. Luis was fantastic, extremely helpful and he even carried our bags to the second floor and when I offered him a tip he refused it and said it was his job. He’s definitely an asset and I cannot speak any more highly about him and then Cristina; she called a taxi for us and even carried one of our bags to the front door.
Our room had the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. It was very hard to fit around the basin. The shower head leaked and maintenance took 3 days to fix it. Finally the room was in the second floor and it was hard for us to climb the stairs; admittedly they told us in advance and we chose to not cancelling anyway.

This was a great price, so we didn’t expect a lot - we just needed one overnight, but it was the best value of any of the four hotels we stayed in this trip to Europe. The location, the staff, and the room were all excellent! They even held our luggage for us while we explored before check in!
Arrival was a tiny bit confusing - we kept looking for a code that we might have missed in an email! It was much easier - just hit the button!

The location is great, but the room is small, stuffy, and not very bright.
There was a musty smell
