It was clean and tidy Heating and air con worked

No bins in the rooms or in the building! We were told to go onto the street and to use the public bins around the corner! No curtains! No English TV channel No kettle Only 3 hangers in the wardrobe No drawers to put your clothes in No chair or seat No soap or shower gel Nowhere to make something to eat or cook This was not an apartment as expected! It was a 1 star hotel room with no cooking facilities.

The mosquito bites the next morning and couldn't open the bathroom windows for more air.

the smell from the toilet , maybe being next to the communal showers is the issue , being woken up by ting telephones from people not being able to have access , extending my stay and still being told to leave ! no table or chair in my room .

the shower head wouldn’t stay on the hook so couldn’t shower properly

Super nice and friendly staff Ramon was very helpful and organized us a taxi and helped when we needed something
