Upon aerrival to the hotel, to our shock me and my wife were placed in a room which looked like a student dormitory. I expressed my dissapontment to the owner and in a rude and condescending manner, he replied that if we weren't happy, we could look for a room in a five star hotel. Due to this unpleasant and degrading situation we had no choice but to leave. We are deeply saddened that our first experience of visiting the Italian mountains was ruined by disissive and boorisn behaviur of thr owner. Dr & Mrs Dabek

Staff is not friendly at all! I don't know what is wrong with them but we fill like the they don't like Americans, beautiful place but a customer service is first, and definitely we didn't fill that!!

Everything was there to relax after my trekking: friendly staff, clean and quiet room (at the back) with a terrace to enjoy the weather, a lovely sauna, the food was excellent (fresh)!

Nice place, extremely friendly and supportive staff, very good meal, precise cleaning, pleasant wellness area.

The room was realy small and you could hear everything from the other rooms. Maybe it was just a case of our room at the back side of the hotel.
