Hôtel Marie

Great central location, close to Rue Montorgueil and Châtelet station. My single room was super cosy and clean. Comfy bed, great shower.

There wasn’t much not to like! Paper towels or a hand dryer in the shared toilet would be good though.

I loved the receptionist - her manner and willingness to help when I needed my luggage looked after. The property is just off of the Main Street and easy walk to food outlets. I felt very safe walking around in the evening knowing that there were always people passing by. The room was smaller than expected, but clean, comfortable and modern. Working air conditioning! Fantastic Shower had a detachable head (always a plus!)

I had a room by the stairs and it was pretty noisy at times. You could hear people opening and closing doors and taking their luggage up and downstairs. It wasn’t terrible, but enough to be annoying. The bathroom was rather small, when using the toilet, my shoulder was touching the sink. The sink was also quite small and low down (I’m 5’8) and had to stoop! Was also disappointed as my room was at the back and facing other windows. So, couldn’t really open the curtains to have natural daylight coming through.

Tolle Lage in einem coolen Viertel, aber trotzdem ruhig. Schön eingerichtet, bequemes Bett. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich hab mich wohl gefühlt und würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

Die Toilette war sehr eng und da die Tür nach innen öffnete, war es für sehr mühselig, mich da rein zu quetschen.

I was not allowed to eat breakfast by the white lady with long black hair. She told me that i could not have breakfast even though i paid for it. She said they have a limited amount of croissants. When i camr back i noticed there was quite a lot of food left over. She never allowed me breakfast even though i paid for breakfast. Her customer service is horrible. I should be refunded money for not being given breakfast when i paid for it.
