Good breakfast with very friendly & obliging staff; location good adjacent to Pavilion Gardens and near centre of Buxton; room comfortable if a little "tired".
View from room was a fire escape and car park a little cramped

Great stay in a lovely location. Perfect for our weekend biking in the peak district. Very friendly staff, comfy room, ample supply of tea and coffee and an excellent breakfast. Will definitely come back again.
The shower door in our room didnt quite butt up at the bottom so it soaked the floor when you had a shower, caught out the first time then after that solved the issue by tucking the bathroom mat around the shower tray.

Clean & comfortable and a great location. A lovely park right outside the door which was nice to walk round.
Bed was a bit hard for me, apart from that everything was great. Lovely full English breakfast.

The location was excellent.
Initial greeting of “name, here is you key, how are you paying card or cash”, disappeared!
Bedroom curtains needed re hanging and we were told “there’s a knack regarding use”
Shower very difficult to control.
No toiletries in shower or tissues.
