The hotel administration was very helpful in accommodating my needs. For example, to keep my luggage after checking out, even though they had a renovation going on and closed the hotel during the day. I appreciate their effort to translate my questions and help me. The hotel itself is very tidy and well-managed.

The hotel Willa Pastel was very well located, as I remember it. right near the places I needed to be. The room almost felt like a naughty boys' room; it was very small, with an old broken wardrobe right next to the door as you walked in. There were enough towels because I asked for a few the next morning. I spent two nights there on my way somewhere else.
The broken wardrobe in my room. the very bad wifi and the rubbish view from the window. And the room felt like a little naughty boys' room. But at least it was comfy in that single bed.
