From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff welcomed us and assisted in a professional and kind manner. The room was clean, cleaning staff are friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast on both mornings, staff at the hotel are great, the Chefs did a great job, we really enjoyed our stay and the whole experience. The security staff are also professional and consistent, well done to the whole team.

Reception staff were so lovely
Professional and accommodating
Staff we encountered as we moved around were friendly and polite
Laundry/ house keeping were Professional and so lovely too
Unfortunately there was a water loss situation
The staff we spoke to initially told us water would be back in an hour
Long story short, we had to go downstairs to shower in the morning

The staff was super friendly, and catered to each and every need. The place is clean amd beautiful. Wifi is strong, hot water never runs out.
I didn’t like the fact that we didnt have a microwave in the rooms.

The location is very convenient and central.
The breakfast, general restaurant, and bar service was substandard, with a lot of the items on the menu being unavailable.
