La posizione . Completamente in centro storico

Il pagamento degli asciugamani e accappatoio per andare in spa. Il frigo bar vuoto in camera.

Locale molto accogliente e familiare, staff super cordiale e struttura molto curata e moderna . Posizione in pieno centro. Cena Top!

Aggiungerei una luce per il trucco , xche' con quella in bagno, comunque molto bella, era molto difficile truccarsi.

Comodità in quanto sita in posizione centrale è facile da raggiungere . Bella la vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzo al quarto piano.

Zona benessere con troppo rumore dell’impianto di ventilazione .

* Room with a balcony. * Beautiful view from the room. * Great location right in the city centre. * One of the receptionists was very friendly and helpful.

* The wellness area does not live up to how the hotel presents it. The wellness was actually one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and paid a premium compared to other hotels in the area but was definitely not worth the money. It is located in the basement (or rather dungeon) and feels rather neglected, with some mould visible on the walls. * One of the two showers in the wellness area was not working. * The ice attraction was also not working. * There were no towels or sheets available when using the wellness area. * Overall, the wellness/sports facilities feel very outdated and past their prime. *The whole place feels more like a facility for seniors than a modern sports hotel. * Very limited breakfast options for vegetarians – there was not even any fresh vegetables available. * There was no kettle, glasses, tea or coffee in the room. * There was no water in the fridge. * One of the receptionists was rather arrogant and unhelpful, although the other receptionist was very friendly.
