very nice

The hotel was at a very good location. Close to subway, bus station, restaurants and various shops. our stay was very comfortable and just a 20 minute taxi ride from incheon international airport. the staff was very friendly and helpful! we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

The area wasn’t very foreigner friendly. Very little English but everyone in the area were nice and tried to help us! Recommend as a foreigner for a shorter stay.

Very good

It was comfortable and clean. Staff were polite and friendly.

It was a little old and worn out, could be updated in some areas.

Great place to stay

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom very nice, huge bath but the jacuzzi was disabled Location was great, very near the park , metro and restaurants Breakfast was very good Staff were very frienddly and helpful

Just that the jacuzzi bath wasn't working but this was not a huge problem.

Overall, the stay was comfortable, nice breakfast and staff.

I like the decoration and quality of furniture.

There parts of the hotel, specially the bathrooms that look very old and need remodeling.

Exceptional

The Room was very big and comfortable, a save box is available in the room so I would estimate as a good advantage. The personal is polite and friendly. I really enjoined to stay in the Polaris Hotel. :)
