nothing

Beautiful building. Lovely friendly check-in & they escort you to your room personally. It was a perfect location to where we needed to be in London. We booked breakfast which was delicious.

Nothing really although a little feedback would be about the TV in the room. It wasn’t really viewable from the bed.

The whole place is just beautiful!!!

Nothing

Beautiful well furnished, great attentive staff and well decorated. Clean and good facilities.

Sadly didn’t get the good night sleep we hoped for here. Beds need updating - mattresses were not pocket sprung so every time my husband rolled over in bed it felt like I was being catapulted out! We had a few maintenance issues. The mini fridge wasn’t cold and the ventilation fan in the bathroom kept making a loud squeaking noise intermittently through the night (not connected to air con so couldn’t switch off). Even though we were the other side of the corridor we could hear from the room every time the lift went up and down. The service charge was a joke - they place a £40 per day “holding fee” on the card then charge you £14 for the pleasure of refunding it (we were literally there for an overnight place to sleep and didn’t need and “service” so this felt like a big scam!) Because of these facts I’d be hesitant to stay again, which is a shame because it’s an otherwise lovely hotel.
