Heybe Hotel & Spa

Excellent location, some off road parking spaces, staff were very friendly.

I was a little disappointed that booking.com said I got a free upgrade but apparently the stone room doesn’t exist so we got no upgrade. The fridge wasn’t very cold either & when showering, it flooded the entire floor. There was also a bit of a musty smell in our room when we first got there but this went away after some time with the windows open. Although there is a rooftop area to watch the balloons, the photos are quite deceiving - the balloons do not get that close & there is only 1 sofa section as pictured, the majority of guests would need the extremely basic table and chairs - we drove to a viewpoint to avoid this.

Nice location and good rooms. Good breakfast

Nothing

The first impression was amazing. The hotel is beautifully styled and the facilities exceeded expectations. We had a beautiful massage & turkish bath in the Day Spa. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. The staff were so accommodating & Mr Abidin went over & above & to ensure our stay was exceptional. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The terrace rooftop had an amazing view I enjoyed while eating breakfast. The gardens were well cared for and had beautiful roses growing and the lounge area near the reception was comfortable. The staff had delicious baked goods and snacks for their guests everyday.

The pool area was outdated and no spa. The showers in the room was terrible, our phone didn’t work, and the room was tiny. we told the staff about our disappointment with the room, pool, and spa but nothing was done to help us.
