The apartment is really spacious, close to everything in Venice, between San Marco and Rialto. Great staff, great everything. It's located just across the small street from Hotel Da Bruno so checkin is really easy.

Wi-fi doesn't really reach the back bedroom, but it's a really small problem that didn't really affect us

So close to the basilica and Rialto bridge, a Coop right round the corner, and situated on a lovely quiet road. All pots and pans, dishes and cutlery were provided as well as tea, coffee, salt, sugar, toiletries. The living space and bedrooms and bathrooms were all generous in size. It's very pretty and modern. Staff are lovely. AC is in every room. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher!

Water pressure isn't amazing, but it's hardly an issue when everything else is perfect.

Within the city centre hence close of lot of monuments. Amazing, very helpful staff. Huge apartment with all the amenities and services including coffee and washing machine, dishwasher. Did not have to search for things such as washing powder, dishwasher tablets. Everything was kept handy and easy-to-find places. They even kept basic food stuff such as sugar, salt, pepper. Very well maintained rooms.

It could be a task for people with walking disabilities or difficulties as the apartment is located on the third floor.

Location is very convenience, hotel staff at the reception and check out is very friendly. Good for young people but not recommend for elders as they have to climb up to the high floor (not good for their knees).

Excellent, clean, well-kept apartment; very helpful, welcoming, Check-in staff, very accommodating to our early arrival, including luggage storage before we were shown over to the apartment. We loved having the outside terrace, while inside there was ample room and comfort for our family of 5. Comfortable beds, cool marble floors, great air-conditioning.

The shower could have been a bit more powerful ideally, and I would prefer a bathroom with an outside window, but no big deal.

We never had breakfast at the hitel

Ideal location for the waterbus at Fondamente Nove to the airport or the islands. Handy co-op supermarket and fruit/veg stall and a good selection of restaurants, a small cinema and a pharmacy only 5 mins walk away. We enjoyed staying in a more authentic, quieter area than the hotel, with an easy walk to Campo S.Apostoli for ice cream or to join the busy main route towards the Rialto bridge and St Marks Sq, or follow Strada Nuova where you can get a waterbus down the Grand Canal. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the hotel staff extremely helpful via email and provided a useful street map on our arrival. The photo shows our favourite local restaurant, looking towards the Gesuiti.

Don't forget to close the exterior shutters overnight to keep the room dark. Keeping the windows closed and using the air conditioning instead made sure that the mosquitoes stayed outside.

It was perfect for my family and I, size and space of the apartment was great, the location was just perfect.

the only knock I had was the hot water would turn cold very fast, that was no good when it was time to shower.

Stefano met us at the Hotel Bruno and brought us to the apartment. He was a great tour guide and gave great recommendations on the area. The apartment was perfectly located on a quiet canal but very close to everything. I highly recommend this property.

Shower worked well but it was difficult to keep the water inside the tub.

The location is fabulous. Close to the main attractions but tucked away. Super quiet for sleeping and great to see the gondolas passing by throughout the day. The staff at the check in hotel could not have been more helpful.

It really is a great service from Hotel Bruno. We loved everything.

Exactly as described, close to Rialto Bridge and San Marco. Apartment on ground level, two windows opening to a small canal on a quiet back street. Functional kitchen, two supermarkets close by. Clean. Good for two, more a bit crowded.

Excellent location (10mins walk) from jetty, our apartment was very spacious and value for money, convenience/grocery stay is just 2mins away. Staffs were so friendly & ready to help. Special mention to Igor & another young gentleman (with spectacles) behind hotel reception.
