- It was very spacious. Apart from the bedroom there was a living area with a couch and table + kitchenette which was great.
- We also liked the balcony very much (it had a relaxing ‘green’ view).
- The cleanliness is worth mentioning.
- It was 3-4mins.to the bus stop; and from there on, 4 stops to the Old City.
- There are beach options in Lapad area as well which are also easy to reach from the apartment.
- The owner, Dragan, was always ready to help when we needed anything.
Nothing actually.
Just want to mention two notes though, for the newcomers:
* There are 35 steps between the garden gate and the apartment entrance (which is nothing in Dubrovnik’s ‘step standards’). Still if you have problem with steps, it’s better to know this in advance.
* The check-in (earliest 2pm) and check-out (latest 10am) times are not flexible, but you can leave your luggage if you need to.

Upon arrival, we were given a really warm welcome and met with the keys. I called once I had landed to give the owner a rough idea of what time we would arrive, and everything was really easy and straightforward.
We stayed for over a week and had a great experience. Clean bedding and fresh towels were provided whenever we needed them, which was really appreciated. The outside balcony area was a great size and perfect for having breakfast, chilling out, or just relaxing after a day out.
Overall, we felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay!

Beautiful garden. Location was convenient if you are mobile and able to walk. Good value.
Stairs down to location might be hard with bags for some people.
