The friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The absolutely beautiful room we had which was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, fridge, air conditioning, kettle and the biggest terrace with the most wonderful views. The breakfast was lovely offering everything you could imagine and sitting outside overlooking the pool was great. The pool area again spotless with a lovely clean pool. I would not hesitate to stay here it is a really beautiful hotel with staff who cannot do enough for you. It is walking distance to town with restaurants and bars. Very convenient location. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff were super friendly with my daughter especially when she rang the reception bell every time she had a chance. Room was the ideal size for a family of three. It was very clean

I would have expected that there was someone at the gym.

We booked a Prestige Quadruple room with terrace and a twin room. This quadruple room has a balcony, satellite TV, garden view, and air conditioning, but it doesn't actually have a garden view, and there are no towels for the pool. The sauna and jacuzzi are extra and not good value for money. Reception staff friendly.
